Dominike “Domo” Stanton
Domo began his journey into comics in 2009 as a color flatter for colorist Nolan Woodard. After constantly working on sample pages and showing his work at conventions, he finally broke into the industry in 2011 with Marvel Comics on Deadpool Family #1. After that, he found work in animation through Floyd County Studios and from 2012 to 2015 worked as a character illustrator on the FX network animated series Archer, seasons 3-5, and then became the lead character designer on their sister show Chozen. In 2015 Domo landed his first miniseries, The Big Con Job, with Boom! Studios. He then went on to pencil an issue of DC Comics’ PREZ and did work on Marvel’s Starbrand and Nightmask, Dr. Strange/Punisher, Magic Bullets and Moongirl and Devil Dinosaur. Some of his latest work can be found in DMC, the creator-owned series by hip-hop legend Darryl McDaniels from Run DMC, as well as in Boom! Studios’ 2018 WWE Royal Rumble Special.
